Where does Health Safety Guru provide services?
We provide on-site safety training and consulting across Texas, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, Waco, Fort Bend County and Galveston, plus the surrounding communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Call 254.716.5129.
Do you come to our location for training?
Yes. Nearly all of our training is delivered on site at your facility or job site, scheduled around your shifts. Your team learns using the equipment and conditions they actually work with.
How much experience does Health Safety Guru have?
Our team brings 30 years of experience in occupational safety programs, training and certifications across construction, manufacturing, industrial and commercial workplaces.
Which OSHA courses do you offer?
We offer OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour training for both General Industry and Construction, plus focused workshops on risk assessment, machine guarding, control reliability, PPE, SWPPP, SPCC, CPR and AED.
How quickly can you schedule training?
It depends on class size and location, but we work hard to fit urgent needs, such as new crews, a new contract requirement or a recent incident. Call us and we’ll give you the earliest available date.
Can you help us prepare for an OSHA inspection?
Yes. A pre-inspection site walk and records review is one of the most valuable things we do. We identify likely citations and help you fix them before an inspector arrives.
Do you offer products as well as training?
Yes. We supply EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants, NANO ACTIVE enzyme kitchen cleaners and Nano-Shield antimicrobial protection. We also install OSHA- and ADA-compliant non-slip floor treatments.
How do I get a quote?
Call 254.716.5129 or send the quote form on this site. Tell us your location, team size and what you need, and we’ll follow up with options and pricing.

What is the difference between OSHA 10 and OSHA 30?
OSHA 10 is a 10-hour awareness course for entry-level workers covering common job hazards and worker rights. OSHA 30 is a 30-hour course for supervisors and workers with safety responsibilities that goes deeper into hazard recognition, prevention and safety leadership.
Can you run OSHA training at our facility?
Yes. On-site training is our specialty. We come to your location anywhere in our Texas service area and schedule sessions around your shifts to keep downtime low.
Do you offer both Construction and General Industry?
Yes. We teach both the Construction (29 CFR 1926) and General Industry (29 CFR 1910) tracks and help you pick the right one for your crews.
How long does an on-site training session take?
It depends on the topics and your crew size. Most workshops run from a half day to two days. We build the schedule around your production so you aren’t shut down longer than needed.
Can training be tailored to our equipment?
Yes. That’s the point of training on site. We walk your floor first and build the examples around your actual machines, guards and processes.
What happens during a safety inspection?
We walk your entire site, talk with supervisors and workers, review your written programs and injury logs, then deliver a ranked list of hazards with practical fixes and suggested timelines.
Do you help after an OSHA citation?
Yes. We can help you understand the citation, fix the underlying hazard, and put training and written procedures in place so it doesn’t happen again.
Which written safety programs does my business need?
It depends on your industry, tasks and headcount. During a free consultation we identify which OSHA-required programs apply to you and which ones are best practice.
Do you bring the training equipment?
Yes. We bring the manikins and AED trainers to your site. You just provide a room and your team.
Does my site need a SWPPP?
Construction activities that disturb one acre or more, and many industrial facilities, generally need stormwater permit coverage and a SWPPP in Texas. We can help you work out whether you are covered.
Will the non-slip treatment change how my floor looks?
No. The treatment works at a microscopic level, so your floor keeps its original color and appearance.
What surfaces can be treated?
Most tile, natural stone and concrete surfaces, including stairs and commercial kitchen floors. We test a small area first to confirm results.
Are your disinfectants EPA-registered?
Yes. We use EPA-registered, hospital-grade antiviral and antibacterial cleaning agents with broad-spectrum, long-acting performance.
Is restoration cheaper than replacing ceiling tiles?
In most cases, yes, often by thousands of dollars on larger spaces, with less disruption and less waste going to landfill.
Prevention costs less
